What artists ask about the price

What happens when I hit 10 pieces on Free?

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Your first 10 stay live and you choose which are active. Upgrade to Pro when the eleventh is worth $49 to you.

What does "for life" actually cover?

The Pro plan, for as long as you keep MadeReady installed. If we ever ship a tier above Pro, that tier is priced separately. We would rather say that now than surprise you later.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No.

Is this really a beta?

Yes. The customizer, the fulfillment and the Certificate of Authenticity are live and running on real stores today. There are fewer print labs than there will be, and the roadmap is real work, not marketing.

What if I uninstall?

Your Founding Artist rate survives an uninstall and returns with you. Shopify will not re-grant the free trial, though, so you would come back paying.

Who prints the work?

Lumaprints, a fine art lab, on archival papers with pigment inks. Prodigi is coming.
